Lesson-03

Dear Students

In Lesson  No. 3 we will learn about the paragraph group in Home Tab.

in paragraph group, there are the following commands:

i. Paragraph Align (left, Right, Center and Justify)

ii. Bullets and Line numbers 

iii. Background color of text.

iv. Table lines and formats etc.

First of all select the text and go to Home tab , point to Paragraph groups and select center align or right align. If you want to Justify the paragraph lines , then select  the paragraph, go to home tab, point to paragraph group and click justify button. The text will look like this.

 If you want to give bullets to each line , then select the lines, go to Home tab, point to paragraph    group and select the Bullets of your choice as shown in the picture below:

If you want to give line numbers instead of Bullets, again go to home tab, paragraph group and             select the numbers as shown in picture below:

To Change the text background colors, Select the text, go to home tab, point to paragraph group,         select the Bucket and choose your color as shown below:

To keep the text inside the table, select the text, go to home tab, point to paragraph group, select the lines style as shown below:
